Kula Country Farms Produce Stand opened in the Spring of 2008.  It is locally owned and operated from within a structure hand-built by the father's owner, Henry Monden.  The Monden family has been farming vegetables in Kula for about four generations.  Because of the changes in the community and business climate of Maui, the Monden's farm grew bit by bit with each generation.  The Kula Country Farms Produce Stand came about with creativity and willingness of the owners to partner with the local community.
